I had the passion for movies right from my childhood. When I was young, my parents used to take me out to watch movies. Even though I was brought up in a middle class family, my dad used to do all that he could to bring happiness to my home. During my college times I used to bunk classes to watch my favourite movies and that too on the release day itself. The fun and excitement of watching movies with friends is something different. Over the years I have watched a number of movies, but my all time favourite movie is none other than Titanic.

 Well, it is not just a movie, it is something beyond that. My life has got a lot to relate to it. That might be the reason why it’s the best movie I have ever seen in my life. As usual Dick, Timothy and I bunked our regular classes to watch the most awaited film Titanic. There was great rush in the theatre and the queue was pretty long. We badly wished to see the movie on the first day itself, but we were already late. Apart from that Jim placed a bet with me that if I get the tickets for the show, he would get me my favourite brand of shades.

Wow! That was a fair deal. But he was sure that it was not that easy to get the tickets. I had only one choice to somehow bring anyone on the queue to my side and get 3 tickets for us. I tried with all, but no one was ready to help me. I was losing hope and thought would lose my bet. Rather than losing it, I desperately wanted to watch the film before I get reviews from others. Finally as my last attempt, I tried on a girl who was standing first in the row. Gosh, when she turned rolling back her curly tangles behind her ears, I was just speechless.

Surprisingly she accepted my request with a smile. May be this was what is called Love at First Sight. I won the bet and we had great fun watching the film together. The passion for love is clearly depicted in it. Wow, it’s simply superb. The eternal love of Jack and Rose is something I always wished in my life too with my partner.

Now years after when I watch the movie Titanic with my wife Rose, I still feel the same passion and glow in her eyes. Rose, the same lady who sat beside me when I saw Titanic first and the lady who made me win the bet. Now she is Rose Jack and I am proud that I got a better half like her to support me and love me all these years. We are soul mates for life because of this amazingly romantic film, Titanic!
